Dance with us in Ukiah starting in January!

Recreational Dance Classes

Our Winter/Spring Dance Classes begin January 16, 2024, and include Ballet classes for multiple levels and age groups from 3-adult, as well as Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, and Modern Dance classes. Our program provides professional dance training and performance opportunities in a positive, non-competitive, and safe learning environment with an age appropriate curriculum.   Instructors bring years of professional dance training and performance experience, along with their passion for dance, to the classroom. Family friendly waiting areas provide a safe place to watch classes. Students will have the chance to show off what they have learned for families and friends in special performances such as “The Nutcracker”, a Spring Performance, and at community events. Art of Classical Ballet Program

Classes in this special program run year round. Classes resume January 13, 2024. (No class on Monday, January 15.) The Art of Classical Ballet Program was developed to give the serious ballet dancer the opportunity to train at a professional level. An audition or permission of the Director is required to be accepted to this program. Even though only a small percentage of dancers from this level will go on to be professional dancers, the training they receive will prepare them for college programs and summer programs while providing them with valuable life skills. Dancers in this program have the chance to perform special roles in the Nutcracker, Spring ballets, School Tours, and community events, as well as participate in Master Classes and Performances at Regional Dance America/Pacific in Festivals held throughout the country. This year dancers will participate in a National Festival in Daytona Beach, Florida with all regional companies including between 1300-2000 dancers from across the country!
